Client: Test Equity “We’re on a Mission”

Challenge: Ignite momentum behind leadership’s Culture of Accountability vision, strengthening company values and empowering teams to reach new heights.

Approach: Portray those who make and use testing equipment in a heroic light, bigger than life. Rotoscoped type, fast-paced editing, and bold imagery were used to underscore.

Results: This became one of the most-watched video assets with a 45% engagement rate. It also received a Telly for Editing.

Client: Sabre Design Strategy Team

Challenge: As part of leadership’s strategy to strengthen Sabre’s reputation as a leader in UX/UI design, we were tasked with creating content that would demystify the concept of user experience and highlight its critical role in driving innovation across the business.

Approach: We developed an interview-style video series featuring Sabre’s own UX thought leaders, positioning them as trusted experts guiding teams toward new ways of problem solving. The storytelling approach showcased how UX principles directly support leadership’s broader vision for innovation and customer-centricity.

Results: Engagement tripled across the business, with a 3X increase in teams enrolling to participate in design thinking seminars led by the UX team.

Client: Sabre New Hire Welcome Video

Challenge:
Leadership wanted to create a warm and engaging welcome experience for new hires that reflected the company’s culture and values. The challenge was to move beyond a typical HR orientation piece and instead set the tone for an employee’s journey from day one.

Approach: We produced a friendly, approachable video that balanced professionalism with personality. I wrote the script to highlight key leadership messages in a relatable voice, then produced and edited the piece to ensure it felt polished, inviting, and on-brand. To deliver the message, Executive VP Clinton Anderson was featured, chosen for his approachable style and natural delivery.

Results: While not measured with formal statistics, the video was embraced as a core part of the onboarding experience, helping new employees feel connected and valued from the start.

Client: Sabre Labs Boston Recruitment

Challenge:
Leadership wanted to build excitement among technical talent around the opening of Sabre’s new innovation lab in Boston. The objective was not only to showcase the lab as a hub for breakthrough product strategy but also to inspire current employees and attract top-tier recruits by demonstrating Sabre’s commitment to innovation.

Approach: We produced a video anchored by Sundar Narasimhan, SVP and President of Sabre Labs and Product Strategy. I wrote the script to balance technical depth with an approachable, inspiring tone, positioning Sundar’s leadership voice as both visionary and motivating. The production highlighted the energy, opportunity, and cutting-edge nature of the new lab, reinforcing Sabre’s reputation as a destination for world-class technology talent.

Results: While not measured with formal statistics, the video became a cornerstone of the lab’s launch communications, energizing internal teams while strengthening Sabre’s ability to attract and retain technical talent in a competitive market

Client: UT Southwestern Medical Center

Challenge:
University leadership sought to elevate institutional reputation in U.S. News & World Report by commissioning a high-production video series for casual science fans. The goal was to spotlight breakthrough research in a way that would resonate with a broad audience while reinforcing the university’s leadership in innovation.

Approach: Produced quick, high-impact stories featuring subject matter experts, combining top-tier production values with accessible, engaging narratives that aligned with leadership’s vision.

Results: 85% average engagement and part of a campaign that helped retain ranking as #1 hospital in Dallas-Ft Worth

Client: Sabre LAUNCH Anthem

Challenge: This project is an anthem video intended to frame the strategy from the upcoming year and convey that to the global leadership of the Sabre Corp. The challenge was to top our last years' videos which were well received.

Approach: Breaking glass was a phrase that our leadership had used in the past and we proposed this metaphor as a visual hook to hang our creative on and as a way to express our leadership strategy for the upcoming year. This execution was revealed as a triumphant finale to propel everyone moving forward.

Results: 94% of global attendees surveyed stated that video developed for the event was 'above and beyond', exceeding their expectations.
