Step 1: Let’s talk about your video
A blank page can be intimidating, but once you’ve reviewed “The 10 Questions” that guide our video creation process, a call with us will help kickstart building your video strategy. Schedule a free 20 minute consultation.
Step 2: Pre-Production Once have an initial direction and have got it all down on paper from our call, we move into Pre-Production. This is where we create your script or detailed outline with shot list, ensuring everything from the proposal is reflected on-screen. This is the ideal time to make changes, saving time and money later
If needed, we can create storyboards, though most projects only require a shooting script. We then confirm the proposal and budget, make final adjustments, and begin scheduling production.
From hiring crew to scouting locations, we handle every detail to keep your project on schedule, on budget, and aligned with your the vision set in our meetings
Step 3: Production & Delivery With everything planned and approved, we move into production where your vision comes to life. Our crew handles all filming aspects, from professional lighting and audio to directing talent and capturing every planned shot.
During post-production, we edit your footage, add graphics, music, or voiceover, and create a polished final product. We'll share a draft for your review and incorporate feedback to ensure the video exceeds expectations.
Once approved, we deliver your completed video in all requested formats, ready for immediate use. We also provide distribution guidance and technical support for uploading requirements.
Your project concludes with all final files and assets delivered, giving you complete ownership and flexibility for future use.
